In the End

Once upon a time there was a tragedy that ended happily! Iago Finally lost his brains through all of his lying and playing that he confessed to Othello. Othello ordered him to be executed! While Emilia was weeping over her husbands death she found comfort on Roderigo's shoulder. They came very fond of each other and decided they were just as much to blame for the lies as Iago was. They ran away together and never came back. Cassio became head general and with that he had all the ladies in line waiting for him. Now, even though Othello was no longer general he was happy to step down from the position. He wanted to spend more time with Desdemona. They moved back to Venice and lived in  a giant house next to her fathers home. Although her father was still a little weary of the twos relationship he became fond of them both. Especially when the grandchildren came

When I think Shakespeare...

When I think Shakespeare I think of the mid-evil days. The days where there were knights in shinning armor that would come to the rescue on a white horse. I think of girls in long dresses lined with lace and beads. I think of Romeo and Juliet and Taylor Swifts music video "Love Story". I think of princes and princesses. How they had to always get arranged  marriages and how unhappy they must have been to not be able to marry who they truly love. I think of the movie "A Knights Tale" and the competition they had with the long jab sticks and horses. I think of how proper they must have been and how they talked with such grace and elegance. All the balls they had in the big castles and all the great food they prepared for the occasion. I think of a pig with an apple in its mouth sitting in the center of a long table in a room with crystal chandeliers and red carpeting.
        It would be fun to go back to Shakespeare's time. To have a knight in shinning armor come to your side or to wear one of those pretty long dresses just for everyday attire. I would love to live in a big gorgeous castle and have big balls just for me. I'm not too sure about the whole arranged marriage situation...<3
